The offering
MEMTECH’s D-series PHY has Digital Calibration Modules(optional) and supports fully software based calibration routines such as DLL tuning, Write leveling, Read lveling, DQ-DQS trainings, data eye training, per-bit data deskew control, Vref training and many other multi-dimensional calibration routines. With a DFI5.0 interface it can be combined with D-Series Controllers for easy integration and highest performance.
